Mentor coaching
Mentor coaching focuses specifically on your coaching skill rather than any other aspect of your coaching practice, you as a coach or any other topics that aren't about the development of your coaching skills.
Mentor coaching is required for International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing - 10 hours in total and 3 of these hours must be one-to-one.
The 10 hours of mentor coaching should take place over a minimum of three months, which allows time for a repeated cycle of your reflection, receiving feedback from your mentor coach and putting this into practice with your clients.

You might also consider doing mentor coaching as part of your general development as a coach.
The hours you log with your mentor coach contribute to your ICF CCE hours.
Mentor coaching with me
I’m offering one-to-one mentor coaching focussing on ACC and PCC level coaching.
For each of the mentor coaching sessions, you (the coach) sends a 30 minute recorded session, at least 2 weeks before we meet, to me (the mentor coach).
We will both capture our reflections using the PCC markers for both ACC and PCC level coaching as they offer a more comprehensive and specific focus on your coaching skills. We will then review these in the session and decide on action points for you to work on.

1 hour session: £175
1 hour 30 minute session: £225
10 hour package: £1,650
